Paper Submission

Manuscripts should be provided according to the author guidelines given at the link author guidelines where you can find the necessary styles and information. The template for ECC 2025 follows the template Springer template files for the book series.

The paper length is minum 10 pages for the regular paper. The template for ECC 2025 follows the same template for the book series: below.

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a full paper for review before May 20, 2025, in PDF or Word format. Each paper should be written in English. Your paper must be formatted according to the Springer template files.

Instructions for Paper Submission

We are pleased to announce that paper submission for ECC 2025 will be managed through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) system. Kindly follow the instructions below to register and submit your paper.

Step 1: Register on CMT

Before submitting your paper, you must create an account on the CMT platform:

1. Visit the CMT registration page: Register Here.
2. Click on "Register" in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Fill in the required details, including your email address, name, and affiliation.
4. Submit the registration form and verify your email to activate your account.

If you already have a CMT account, you can skip this step.

Step 2: Submit Your Paper

Once registered, follow these steps to submit your paper:

1. Log in to your CMT account.
2. Go to the ECC 2025 submission site: Paper Submission Link (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ECCconf2025).
3. Complete the required fields, upload your paper, and confirm your submission.

Please ensure that your submission adheres to the guidelines provided on the ECC 2025 conference website.

Step 3: Registration

The registration process consists of two steps: completing the form then you will get the payment link via email. The email link redirected to our secure payment portal at eps.vsb.cz for fast and secure payment by credit card.

1. Registration Form: Complete the Registration Form

   For ALL authors and participants, please complete the registration form above and you will receive a payment link via email. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the fee by June 15, 2025. The registration fee is $550 (12,000 CZK or 480 EUR) per paper . Discounts may be available for those with funding constraints, please write to meenu.singh@vsb.cz.

   The registration fee includes:

   • Conference proceedings
   • Conference program guide
   • Access to all technical sessions
   • Lunches and dinners
   • Coffee breaks
   • Conference gifts

   Note: Travel and lodging expenses are not included.

Publication

Notice:

1. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the book series of Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies by Springer. Normally, papers in this series are indexed by EI and Scopus.

2. The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
